The WIB offers the following ”soft skills” training:


Workplace Dependability

bulletHelps participants develop individualized plans for getting to work early every day

bulletAddresses the cost of poor attendance for individuals and businesses and offers strategies for minimizing absenteeism and tardiness

 Getting Along with Co-Workers

bulletAddresses the most common behaviors that make it difficult for people to get along in the workplace

bulletAddresses the negative impact of conflict and the positive benefits of a more cooperative work environment

bulletIncludes group activities to generate solutions to common sources of workplace conflict

Business Etiquette

bulletPoints out the little things that make a big difference in workplace behavior 

bulletParticipants will learn the importance of workplace hygiene, attire, use of communal machines, phone etiquette, e-mail etiquette and the negative effects of gossip and rumors

Both curriculum and live delivery of these courses are available through the WIB.
